Good morning Genval, Belgium! This is a view out my window every morning as I see the sun come over the hills. (Sometimes it doesn't though... then it's just clouds and some rain.)

A cool looking house. The garden was beautiful and they have the "over the window" garage door thingy's that my Mom talked about, so I thought it was worth a picture.

What ingredients did you have to improvise for?
So what are traditional Belgium foods? Any Rebecca family favorites? Do you have any favorites so far?
I love good food/cooking and food history. Would love to hear more about the culture.
I do enjoy French cheese and yes, you spelled brie it right. :)
